The Islamic Online University recognizes the outstanding achievements of its alumni and wishes to award them. Hence, four categories of accomplishments have been set up.

Alumni Award for Community Achievement
This award is in recognition of the IOU alumni that has shown exemplary personal contributions to the enrichment of his/her society through community service.

Alumni Award for International Achievement
This award is in recognition of the IOU alumni that has shown exemplary personal contributions to the enrichment of international society through his/her community or professional service.

Alumni Award for Professional Achievement
This award is in recognition of the IOU alumni that has shown outstanding achievements in their professional fields.

Young Alumni Award for Achievement
This award is in recognition of the young IOU alumni aged 30 and younger (at close of nominations) that has shown outstanding achievements to the International Open University, local or international communities.
