
Volunteer Support at SISC Desk
We are currently accepting applications for volunteer positions to support the ongoing operations at the SISC (Student Information & Support Center) Desk.
This opportunity involves working alongside the SISC team to manage day-to-day support tasks, including responding to student queries via the chat desk, assisting with basic email triaging, and helping ensure accurate, timely communication. Volunteers will begin with a structured orientation and training phase, and gradually move towards handling real-time cases under supervision.
Role Overview:
- Review and understand SISC protocols and desk workflows
- Assist with chat support and front-facing communications
- Shadow full-time officers and receive ongoing feedback
- Support routine desk activities while upholding service quality
Duration:
2–3 months per cycle, with the possibility of extension based on performance and need
